9. Vehicle Responsibility

Renters are responsible for maintaining the vehicle in good condition during the rental period. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be the renter's financial responsibility. Renters must maintain valid insurance coverage at all times during the rental period.

10. Limitation of Liability

Whips On Demand LLC provides vehicles on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the current rental period.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the rental agreement with appropriate notice as specified in the rental contract. Whips On Demand LLC reserves the right to terminate service for violation of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of the vehicle.

12. Changes to Terms

Whips On Demand LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
